    Pack Your Device

    Securely pack your Segway product in its original box, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value items.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the unit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
